Well by Orion Pharma Folic Acid 400 mcg is also suitable for vegans. Additionally, if you’ve been told you have low folate levels, this supplement can help support your needs.

Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. The beneficial effect for women of child-bearing age is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

Food supplement

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet daily. The recommended daily dose (1 tablet) contains 400 µg* folid acid. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
*200 % of daily reference intake.

How to use
