Ordering

By ordering on Well by Orion Pharma online store you agree to the terms and conditions published below at the time and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. To make a purchase on Well by Orion Pharma online store, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, the consent of a guardian is required, according to the Parental Code.

Every completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. A valid contract between you and Well by Orion Pharma is only entered into when Well by Orion Pharma has confirmed your order through an order confirmation email and sent a purchase/delivery confirmation email when your order is packed and ready for delivery.

Prices and payment

Each item is stated with a price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts.

We provide the following payment options in Sweden: 

Via Klarna
You can pay using a bank account, invoice or debit/credit card.

Via Shopify Payments
You can pay with a credit card.

We only deliver to Sweden. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, if the product is available on stock.

Shipping price is 29 SEK to a pick-up location (DHL Service Point) for orders under 300 SEK. We offer free delivery to pick-up locations (DHL Service Point) for orders above 300 SEK.

Return policy

If you regret your purchase, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the products in question. 

After you have notified us that you wish to return, you have 14 days to return the product in question. Once we have received your return and made the assessment that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, as well as notify you via email that the case is closed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unbroken, unused and available in undamaged original packaging with associated packaging.

Cosmetic and personal care products where the packaging has been opened by you and which may also have been used by you and which can therefore no longer be sold for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are therefore not withdrawn. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy an untouched and fresh product.

Return instructions

If you regret your purchase, you can make a return. If you have received a damaged product or are missing a product in your order, you can make a complaint.

In case of a regret, inform us within 14 days of receiving the order by email at well@orionpharma.com. Please include in the email the order number. Pack the items carefully and use the return label which you’ll find in the delivery.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Almänna reklamationsämnden ARN).
