Rules of the prize draw

2. Prize draw
Five (5) product prizes will be drawn among all subscribers of the Well by Orion Pharma newsletter. Each prize includes ten (10) Well by Orion Pharma products. The value of one prize is 1,650 SEK. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The winners will be drawn within two weeks after the end of the prize draw. The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided by the winner. The winner’s name and municipality of residence may also be published on the Well by Orion Pharma website, Instagram account, TikTok account, and/or in the Well by Orion Pharma newsletter. If the winner cannot be reached within five business days from the draw, a new winner will be selected. The organizer of the draw will not compensate the prize if the participant cannot be reached or has provided an incorrect or unclear phone number or email address. The prize will be delivered within 30 days from the draw date.
3. Eligibility
All natural persons of legal age residing in Sweden may participate in the prize draw, with the following exceptions. Employees of Orion Corporation or its subsidiaries and their family members are not eligible to participate. Participation requires submitting contact information. Participants may only enter using their own name and email address.
4. Participation period
Participation is possible from 23 January to 28 February 2026, unless otherwise stated.
5. How to participate
You can participate in the prize draw by subscribing to the Well by Orion Pharma newsletter. The newsletter can be subscribed to at wellbyorionpharma.com by completing the subscription form. By completing the form, the participant accepts the rules of the prize draw.
6. Organizer’s responsibility
The organizer’s liability towards participants does not exceed the total value of the prize mentioned in these official rules. The online entry platform is compatible with the most commonly used internet browsers. The organizer and the technical provider of the draw are not responsible for problems caused by third parties, such as issues with general internet connectivity, problems caused by the participant’s firewall or antivirus software, or harmful behavior by the participant, whether intentional or unintentional, nor for any damage resulting from such issues. The organizer and technical provider are also not responsible for damage or viruses to a participant’s computer or other property resulting from the use of the website, logging into the website, or from any material, data, text, images, videos, or audio downloaded from or originating from the website. By accepting the prize, the recipient releases Orion Corporation, the draw’s partners, and their cooperation partners from all liability related to injury or damage that results from or is alleged to result from participating in this draw.
7. Trademarks and copyrights
All material displayed in this draw is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. The use of any material is prohibited without written permission from Orion Corporation. These prize draw rules apply to all participants. By entering the draw, participants agree to comply with these rules and the organizer’s decisions. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. Any ambiguities related to the interpretation or application of these rules will be resolved by the organizer.
